Open Web Calendar Integration

We use Open Web Calendar to render calendar data within the App. When calendars are displayed, calendar data (such as ICS URLs and related configuration) may be processed by this service to generate the embedded calendar view. Open Web Calendar operates as a third-party service provider solely to render calendar content based on the configuration you provide. We do not send any additional personal information to Open Web Calendar beyond what is necessary to display the calendar.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar:
  • We collect and store your Google Calendar authentication tokens
  • We access your Google Calendar data only to display your calendars in our App
  • Authentication tokens automatically expire after 60 minutes of inactivity
  • You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time through the App

Data Retention

  • Store and Calendar Data: We retain this information while the App is installed and for a reasonable period after uninstallation for business purposes
  • Google Calendar Tokens: These expire automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity
  • Usage Analytics: Retained for business analytics and improvement purposes
  • Uninstalled Apps: When you uninstall the App, we mark your store as uninstalled but may retain certain data for business purposes

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
